This is a great way to help a friend or family member improve their health and to save some money on your next appointment with Dr. Andresen. We love referrals and count on our patients to help spread the word about Dr. Andresen's practice. Here's how it works:
- If you are currently a patient of Dr. Andresen's, simply print out this patient referral certificate, fill out your name and then give it to someone you think would benefit from naturopathic care. If they become a new patient of ours, then you will receive a $30 credit that can be applied to your next naturopathic follow up visit or supplement purchase at our clinic.*
- Plus, the new patient you refer to us will receive $30 in supplements as part of their first visit.**
*You must have previously seen Dr. Andresen for an initial 75 minute naturopathic consultation to participate in this program. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make or the resulting number of $30 account credits you can receive, but you will only receive a $30 credit to your account after the new patient you referred has completed their initial 75 minute naturopathic consultation.
